Shipping policy

Please review my shipping policy below for details on processing and delivery times.

 

1. Processing Time

All bracelets are made to order. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be created before it ships.

Note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Time & Rates

Once your order is complete, shipping time and rates depend on the method chosen at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days within the U.S.

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships.

3. Shipping Locations

Currently, I ship only within the United States. 

4. Lost or Delayed Packages

MAVE is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or incorrect shipping addresses. If your tracking number says “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact your local post office first.

5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. I am not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
